Consulting in strategy development and evaluation.

My strategic consulting produces effective, measurable and results-based strategies for public health. I have been designing strategies in the area of health communication, reproductive health and HIV prevention for over 10 years. Clients include some of the most prominent organisations in the field. I aim to bring coherent, fundable and measurable strategies to even the most complex of public health problems.

Evaluation is at the heart of most public health strategy, and is integral to a programme’s growth and funding. As a trained researcher and medical anthropologist, I can conduct evaluations in a range of qualitative formats, or work alongside statisticians within more quantitative approaches. My evaluation clients range from major international institutions to minor community programmes.

How I work

I am a consultant living between Cape Town and Geneva. I work individually, or if needed, as part of a broader team. Scalway Consulting is my business name. I am contracted directly by clients and also by larger consulting firms such as TSF .
